2008 Shelby GT500 Custom. This is one of three custom Shelby GT500's built by Retrobuilt for Car Finders Group. The idea was to mix modern performance and reliability with classic styling to build a unique tribute to the '68 GT500KR Shelby. The body conversion is done with reproduction sheet metal fenders, door skins, and quarter panels grafted onto the 2008 Shelby body. The hood and front fascia are custom fiberglass components that complete the "KR" look. Performance upgrades include a supercharger underdrive pulley, special chip tuning, cold air intake, Steeda suspension, and upgraded Baer brakes. The wheels are 20" Shelby CS66 rims with Toyo tires.
